Terms & Conditions:

1. A Credit Card is required to finalize all reservations.
2. Light Continental Breakfast is included (cereal, oatmeal, danish, coffee, OJ, tea).
3. A cancellation fee, equal to one-night-stay, will be charged for 'no-shows' or for any reservations cancelled less than 7 days from arrival.
4. Rates vary based on Choice of 1 or 2 Queen Beds.
5. Rates are Double Occupancy. ($15 per night per additional person over 2).
6. Rates do NOT include Vermont state and local tax (10%) and gratuity (5%).
7. Posted Room Rates are subject to change at any time.
8. Killington Resort Lift Tickets are available at discounted rates if purchased as part of a package including accommodations.  The discount varies based on dates and number of ski-days: Click here for Lift Ticket Price details. These Lift Tickets must be reserved and purchased, by calling 802-775-1575, after accommodations have been made and at least 72 hours before date of arrival.
